    We’ll help you find the perfect product effortlessly. Simply type in what you’re looking for and hit enter. Our search results will present you with a variety of products to choose from. Once you hit the “View Offer” button you will be directed to the shop’s product page where you can purchase the product.

  4. Can I purchase any items from CoffeeVibes?

    We will send you to a reliable and trusted online retailer where you will be able to make your desired purchase – by clicking on the “View Offer” button, you will automatically be redirected to the online store’s product page.

  5. I cannot find the product that I am looking for.

    It could be that we don't list the item you are looking for. We might in the future, so keep on checking. You can also try to locate the item by browsing in the appropriate category. Alternatively, you could try broadening your search and also double-check your spelling and the product name to ensure you’ve entered it correctly.

  6. What is an offer?

    An offer is a product that is for sale. One product search will draw all deals related to that product from different shops, giving you a better chance of finding the best deal.

  7. How do I know if a product is in stock?

    When viewing a product, click on the “View Offer” button in the Offers section. This will take you to the shop's website. Not all shops display their stock-levels on their websites, so the best option is to contact the shop directly if it isn’t displayed. The easiest way to do so would be to find the relevant shop’s “Contact” page once you’ve been redirected to their site.

  8. How do I make a payment?

    Our listed shops offer various methods of payments which are displayed on their websites. Where possible we also display their accepted/available payment methods. We only partner with reputable online stores, so think trust, think reliability and think the best possible prices.

  9. When will I receive my goods?

    Shops offer various delivery methods. All of our shops use the South African Post Office or couriers to deliver goods.

  10. What do I do if I wish to return something I purchased?

    Each shop sets its own Returns Policy so please ensure you review and understand this policy before placing an order. If the item is returnable you will be able to log a return request within your CoffeeVibes account.

  11. What is the cost of delivery?

    The shipping cost may vary per product depending on its size. This is something that needs to be established by the shop that you purchase from.

  12. What do I do if a product I purchased is faulty, needs replacement parts or repairs?

    You will be able to liaise with the shop directly.

    Prices are updated regularly, often multiple times a day.

  15. What is included in the price?

    We encourage honesty, meaning if you had a good experience tell us, but if you had a bad experience, please let us know as well. We believe in freedom of speech and other users reading reviews need to be aware of both positive and negative user experiences.

  16. Why does the price on CoffeeVibes differ from the price listed on the shop's website?

    Occasionally shops change their product prices before they get updated on our listings, however, the price will get corrected when the shop sends updated information to us.

    Yes, we have strict acceptance criteria for shops. We make sure they are trusted, credible, and reliable, all of the traits needed for an enjoyable online shopping experience.

  22. What criteria must I meet to become a listed shop on CoffeeVibes?

    As long as you sell products online via your website and have a shopping cart, you qualify to become a CoffeeVibes merchant.

  23. I want to list my products on CoffeeVibes, but I do not have shopping cart software on my website. Can I list my products?

    Generally, no, but we do try and encourage everybody to become a part of the amazing world of e-commerce. By providing users with an immediate "add-to-cart" and "checkout" functionality your online store will also encourage purchases while providing a useful service to your customers.
